The SUMMIT PASS is for all apparel and footwear organizations. including manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
The VENDOR/OTHER SUMMIT PASS is for all non-apparel and footwear organizations, including manufacturers of RFID technologies, systems integrators, consulting firms, distributors/VARs, etc., or companies without revenues resulting from apparel and/or footwear sales.
RFID Journal reserves the right to enforce the rates for all Summit Passes, and all decisions are final.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company may be eligible for a group discount. Please be aware that group discounts are not combinable with any other discounts. Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the Summit.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mailing notice to ApparelReg@rfidjournal.com no later than August 4, 2006. Upon receipt of such notice, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, minus a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of the event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. (Cancellations that do not indicate a preference will be issued a credit.) No credits will be issued after August 4, 2006. RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the summit and exhibition.
CONFIRMATION/SUMMIT BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation e-mails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Summit badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
