Please note there are 2 categories for SUMMIT PASSES. Please read below for category description and be sure to select the appropriate pass when registering.
All apparel and footwear organizations including manufacturers, distributors and retailers should select the FULL SUMMIT PASS, 2-DAY SUMMIT PASS or PRECONFERENCE SUMMIT PASS.
All non-apparel and footwear organizations, including consultants and providers of RFID hardware, software or services, or companies without revenues resulting from apparel and/or footwear sales should select the VENDOR FULL SUMMIT PASS.
RFID Journal reserves the right to enforce the rates for all Passes and all decisions are final.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company may be eligible for a group discount of 20% off each registration. Please be aware that group discounts are not combinable with any other discounts. Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the Summit.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mailing notice to ApparelReg@rfidjournal.com no later than August 10, 2007. Upon receipt of such notice, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, minus a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of this year's event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after August 10, 2007.
RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the summit and exhibition.
Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to ApparelReg@rfidjournal.com.
CONFIRMATION/SUMMIT BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation e-mails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Summit badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
