Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company may be eligible for a group discount of 20% off each registration. Please be aware that group discounts are not combinable with any other discounts. You can register your group easily via our secure online system.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the conference.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing a written notice to EuropeReg@rfidjournal.com no later than 22 October 2010. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of this year’s event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after 22 October 2010.
RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.
Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to EuropeReg@rfidjournal.com.
CONFIRMATION/CONFERENCE BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment. Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
