Sandra R. Hughes serves as the Global Privacy Executive (CPO) at the Procter & Gamble Co., headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Procter & Gamble's privacy program has been designed and implemented to promote trust among consumers, employees and other constituencies by protecting an individual's rights to privacy. Ms. Hughes reports to the vice-chairman of the board, with sponsorship from the chief information officer, chief marketing officer, human resources officer and external relations officer. In addition, organizationally she is a member of P&G Corporate Strategy & Analysis, and has a role in the identification of new growth areas for the company. Ms. Hughes works in partnership with Global Information Security, Corporate Physical Security, and is a member of the P&G Enterprise Risk Forum.
