Brian Millsap is responsible for envisioning and executing his company's RFID technology and business-deployment strategy. Under his direction, Hampton Products -- a leading manufacturer of padlocks, door hardware and security lighting products and a Wal-Mart supplier -- voluntarily joined Wal-Mart's RFID compliance mandate. Within six months, Mr. Millsap lead Hampton Products from RFID investigation through deployment using internal resources nearly exclusively. He has been quoted or featured in numerous articles on RFID, and speaks frequently on the topics of RFID deployment and best practices. He joined Hampton Products in 1999 as IT Manager. Prior to joining Hampton Products, Mr. Millsap spent eight years as Operations Manager for an import/export group of companies who pioneered the franchising of retail department stores in Eastern Europe.
