Jason C. Roe serves as chief of staff for Congressman Tom Feeney of Florida. Mr. Feeney was first elected to Congress in 2002 and was Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives during the 2000 recount. Mr. Feeney serves on the Financial Services, Judiciary and Science committees, and is the founding chairman of the House Intellectual Property Caucus. He also serves as an assistant whip on the Executive Committee of the National Republican Congressional Committee, the Steering Committee of the Republican Study Committee, and is chairman of the House Conservatives Fund. Mr. Roe has served as chief of staff at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as chief advisor to Undersecretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property, James E. Rogan.
