The SUMMITS PASS, SUMMITS PASS PLUS and UNIVERSITY PRE-CONFERENCE PASS are for all retail/consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, manufacturing & aerospace organizations, including manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
The VENDOR/OTHER SUMMITS PASS is for all organizations not qualified for the SUMMITS PASS, SUMMITS PASS PLUS or UNIVERSITY PRE-CONFERENCE PASS (see above), including manufacturers of RFID technologies, systems integrators, consulting firms, distributors/VARs, etc., or companies without revenues resulting from retail/consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and/or aerospace sales.
RFID Journal reserves the right to enforce the rates for all Industry Summits Passes, and all decisions are final.

Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the Summit.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing a written notice to IndustryReg@rfidjournal.com no later than September 15, 2006. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of the event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. (Cancellations that do not indicate a preference will be issued a credit.) No credits will be issued after September 15, 2006. RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the Summit and exhibition.
CONFIRMATION/SUMMIT BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Summit badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
