Creating an Interactive Customer Experience With the Internet of Things
A partnership between the Festival des Lumières de Québec and SAGA resulted in the presentation of an interactive Christmas fable, LUMA, at the 2014 German Christmas Market. LUMA was a collective experience in which visitors were encouraged to connect with their environment. Visitors experienced unique video projections and personalized content, as well as immersive and interactive stories using the physical world as a platform. Learn how LUMA used ioTheatre, a Web-based storytelling engine, to link users to connected objects and collect behavioral data for future use.
