Team Discounts
Team discounts of 20% off each registration are available to groups of 3+ registrants from the same company staying at one of the official conference hotels. Terms & Conditions

Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the conference. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Promotions & discount offers are not combinable. Conference passes may not be combined.

Cancellations and Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to LiveReg@rfidjournal.com no later than April 28, 2017. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued toward a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of the 2017 event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after April 28, 2017.

RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.

Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing by email to LiveReg@rfidjournal.com.

IEEE Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or prior to April 21, 2017, will incur a $100 administrative fee. Author registrations are nonrefundable. No refunds will be given after April 21, 2017. Cancellation fees cannot be applied toward credits for future events. All cancellations must be received in writing by email to LiveReg@rfidjournal.com.

Confirmation/Conference Badge
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment. Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
