	Chris Hook joined Deloitte Consulting in 2004 as an RFID subject matter expert in the RF solutions team. Hook brings to his work 20 years experience in the creation, development and application of RFID products and systems. He was responsible for some of the pioneering RFID work conducted by Eureka Systems in England applying RFID in diverse market segments. He is credited as being inventor of the first RFID system to achieve simultaneous identification of tags. At Texas Instruments, Hook led the team that created Tag-it® smart label technology. He was elected to the AIDC100 in 2004.

	Greg Gilbert is a recognized thought leader in the RFID industry. 	Tom Gibbs is the director of worldwide strategy and planning in Intel's solutions market development group. Gibbs' diverse experience includes managing the group responsible for developing the multiple target tracking mode for the F-14 advanced weapons group; the sales and marketing of massively parallel computer systems; and developing and executing cooperative research and development agreements with the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency and the Department of Energy. Gibbs has served on the President's Information Technology Advisory Council for open source computing. He is a graduate in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic University and was a member of the graduate fellowship program at Hughes Aircraft.

	Brian McCarthy has more than 20 years of auto-ID experience, and has been involved with RFID since his team developed an active RFID tag handheld terminal for the defense marketplace in 1993. 	Bob Metcalfe is a high-tech venture capitalist at Polaris Venture Partners in Waltham, Massachusetts. Metcalfe serves on the boards of many Polaris-backed start-ups, including Ember, Narad, Paratek and SiCortex. In 1973 while at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, Metcalfe invented Ethernet.
