Mark Signorino

Marc-Anthony Signorino is Director of Technology Policy at the National Association of Manufacturers, headquartered in Washington, D.C.

Marc-Anthony is responsible for the work of the Department, which includes providing NAM members with important information related to technology issues, including Intellectual Property, RFID & Identity Management, Telecom & Broadband Deployment, Cyber-Security, and America's Competitiveness Agenda. Marc-Anthony is also responsible for representing the NAM's position to Congress, the Administration and the media. An NAM spokesperson for technology policy issues, he coordinates membership coalitions, prepares testimony, reports and analyses, and responds to media inquiries.

Marc-Anthony came to the NAM from the American Electronics Association (AeA), where he was the Director and Counsel of Technology and Environmental Policy, as well as the Executive Director of AeA's State Government Affairs program. Prior to AeA, Marc-Anthony helped open eBay's government affairs office in Washington, D.C. Marc-Anthony studied law both at Georgetown University Law Center and Northeastern University School of Law, the latter of which granted him a Juris Doctorate. He received his Bachelors of Science at Boston University's College of Communication, where he was an International Radio & Television Society Scholar and the recipient of Boston University's Scarlet Key Award.
