Geva Barash, CEO joined Parelec in April of 2005.  During this time sales and production have increased dramatically and production of patented Parmod conductive inks today equal over 20 million antennas a month and the customer base has increased ten fold.  In 2006, Parelec introduced a leading solution for the active RFID and real time location systems (RTLS) serving automotive and defense assets management markets.  Key personnel were added at the company with a marketing manager, two chemists and a technology specialist joining the company.

From 1998 - 2000 and 2003- 2005. Mr. Barash, served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nur America Inc.   His duties included overseeing sales and marketing activities in North and Latin America for machines and consumables.
