Gregor Baues

Gregor Baues first joined Air France in 1999 as lead architect for the re-engineering project of the IT system managing the global flight program. Shortly after he became the leader of the internal IT consulting group responsible for the provisioning of industrialized development tools, frameworks and processes within the project development branch of Air France Information Systems. Since 2004, Mr. Baues is responsible for application infrastructure within the architecture and strategy group responsible for all major infrastructure initiatives such as J2EE Application Architecture, Enterprise Portal, Content Management, ... as well as the introduction of RFID within the Enterprise Information System. Prior to Air France Mr. Baues co-founded Complex Systems Technologies working in operations research for constraint programming providing large scale resource optimization and planning systems to various industries.
