RFID in the
Chemical Industry
RFID Journal LIVE! 2007 features nine preconference seminars providing in-depth information on specific aspects of RFID. Attendees can choose to participate in one of these prior to the opening of the main conference program. Preconference seminars are available through the Conference + Preconference Pass or the Preconference Seminar + Exhibit-Only Pass.
The availability and use of industry-driven standards for EPC/RFID that address the specific needs of the chemical industry community is critical. This seminar will engage industry leaders to examine key business issues that can be addressed with EPC/RFID implementations. While the nature of the topics discussed will involve technology, this seminar will focus upon the business opportunities, priorities and challenges of implementing EPC/RFID technology specific to chemical companies.
