Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company are eligible for a team discount of 25 percent off each registration provided that the 3 or more registrations are on the same registration and one form of payment is provided for the group registration. Please note that team discounts apply to Conference + Preconference and Conference passes only and are not combinable with any other discounts.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing a written notice to LiveHelp@rfidjournal.com no later than April 20, 2007. Upon receipt, a refund or credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of the event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. (Cancellations that do not indicate a preference will be issued a credit.) No refunds or credits will be issued after April 20, 2007. RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.

CONFIRMATION/CONFERENCE BADGE
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment. Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
