American RFID Solutions will debut their Trusted eSentry Security system, the world’s first facial biometrics security system enhanced with RFID technology. TES allows you to perform 100% security checks for each person in less time than it takes to start your car.
TES provides automatic identification of people using a combination of facial recognition and RFID technology and can be used wherever restriction to access is required. The system provides a security solution that eliminates counterfeiting and identity theft with technology that is fast and easy to use.
“The beauty of the system is that it does not have a central database and, therefore, is not subject to identity theft from “hacking” a database” states Harold Clampitt, CEO. Fingerprints are often referred to as a “dirty” biometric because you leave them everywhere and they are easy to clone. Multiple TES units can be interfaced to form a secure perimeter, again without a central database. Furthermore, TES allows for various levels of trust to be assigned to automate security processes. TES is a platform product which provides modules for all modalities of security such as facial recognition, IRIS, fingerprint, voice and pin.
