— BOOTH 619
Ekahau Vision is a web-based visual interface that enables enterprise users of the Ekahau Real Time Location System (RTLS) to automatically monitor the location of tagged assets and people in real-time. Vision offers users clear visibility into the location of critical assets, enabling them to improve utilization, workflow and process optimization. Ekahau RTLS offers the most accurate tracking system on the market, with the ability to identify the location of objects and individuals at the room level within 1-3 meters under ideal conditions. Vision is the “eyes” of that system, showing users graphically – in real-time – where their tracked items or people are located.
Ekahau Vision enables enterprises to better manage their critical assets in order to improve utilization and workflow. Additionally it assists companies in highly-regulated industries to meet regulatory reporting requirements. For example, in hospitals, mobile equipment such as IV pumps or monitors must undergo regular maintenance to achieve accreditation by The Joint Commission. Vision enables hospitals to identify and locate these devices - which are tagged with Ekahau’s Wi-Fi tags or have internal Wi-Fi modems – so that staff can easily find them to perform required scheduled maintenance. The historical tracking capabilities also enable records to be kept about when and where maintenance took place, further assisting hospitals to meet the reporting requirements of the Joint Commission.
By enabling real-time visibility to the location of enterprise assets and people, Ekahau Vision helps customers improve asset utilization, optimize their supply-chain performance, increase the overall productivity and improve the employee safety and security. With Ekahau Vision, critical corporate resources – people and assets – are always available at the right place and at the right time.
