Richard Jenkins

Head of RFID Programme
Richard Jenkins joined Marks and Spencer in 1997. Since 2012, he has led the company's RFID Programme, which is tasked with introducing product-level RFID to all of M&S' apparel and home merchandise lines. The program has also extended new RFID counting technology to all M&S-owned U.K. stores, with the intention of having all stores RFID-counting all non-food merchandise. Mr. Jenkins is currently responsible for the future uses of RFID within the business.
