RFID JOURNAL STARTUP CHALLENGE RULES
Companies chosen as finalist for the RFID Journal Startup Challenge must meet the following requirements:
Finalists agree to make a five-minute presentation on April 17, at RFID Journal LIVE! in San Diego. Any company unable to present will not be considered.
Finalists agree that RFID Journal has the right to use any of the enclosed information for promotional purposes, editorial coverage, demonstration purposes, and pre/post-event promotion, unless informed otherwise in writing.
Information provided in entry forms must be factually accurate and RFID Journal may request proof of incorporation and other documents to confirm eligibility and accuracy of the entry form.
Any company found to have provided false material will be disqualified.
Companies selected as finalists agree not to use the RFID Journal logo or name or the RFID Journal Startup Challenge logo or name without the expressed, written consent.
Judges appointed by RFID Journal will award the $100,000 in advertising and other promotional services based on their own judgment and participants waive any right to challenge that judgment in a court of law or by any other means. The judges' decision will be final.
