VAT
VAT must be paid by all attendees except those who represent a Dutch company that is registered for VAT in The Netherlands.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Full payment of your course fee must be provided at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer, Check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
If you must cancel, you should send by fax or email a written notice no later than 20 September 2005. All monies will be refunded, less a € 75 cancellation fee. If you cancel after 20 September 2005, monies will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel 5 days or less prior to the conference. Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to eventreg@rfidjournal.com or faxed to +1-
510-291-2222.
CONFIRMATION/CONFERENCE BADGE
Confirmation of your registration and receipt of payment will be sent via email within two (2) working days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
