All attendees must pay VAT fees, except those who represent a Dutch company registered for VAT in The Netherlands.

Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company at the same time are eligible for a group discount of 20% off each registration. Discounts are available on Full Conference Passes and Two-Day Conference Passes only. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the event.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations MUST be received in writing by emailing a written notice to EuropeReg@rfidjournal.com no later than 26 October 2007. Upon receipt, credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of this year's event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after 26 October 2007.
RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the meeting.
Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to EuropeReg@rfidjournal.com.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation e-mails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Event badges and educational materials will be available on-site.
