Groups registering three (3) or more employees from the same company may be eligible for a group discount of 20% off each registration. Registration Payment Policy
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the Conference.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mailing notice to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than August 7, 2009. Upon receipt of such notice, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal LLC, minus a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of this year's event, at any subsequent RFID Journal LLC event. No credits will be issued after August 7, 2009.
RFID Journal LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.
Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to email@example.com.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via e-mail within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation e-mails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment.
Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.
