We need to be able to design, install and support the system. I've been looking for a vendor to supply RFID hardware, software and occasional expert advice, but I've been unable to find one that will work with other installers. Do you have any suggestions?

I believe RFRain offers software as a white label solution. You should be able to set up partnership deals with tag and reader companies so that you can offer a full solution. My recommendation would be to come to RFID Journal LIVE! in September and visit the various companies that offer the components you need. I believe our certification training at the event will also be of great benefit to you.
