Globally, shippers suffer $2.3 trillion in damaged goods every year. That’s 2 percent of all products shipped. Accidents happen, but in this webinar we will discuss simple solutions that will help you to deter, detect, and diagnose damage in your supply chain so you can reduce losses by half. Simply understanding when and where damage occurs is a huge driver of damage reduction. On top of that, adding insight into your supply chain causes a behavioral shift in the way packages are handled. Learn how to apply the same principles to damage reduction as a traditional program, but without the need for visual inspection. » Learn More

The source tagging of products with RAIN RFID at the point of manufacture – traditionally via inlays - benefits everyone in the supply chain. While this approach is still dominant and cost efficient, manufacturers need to find new ways to embed and encode RAIN RFID tags efficiently at massive volumes if they wish to maximize the benefits. It is predicted that in 2019, over 20 billion items will have been identified and connected to the Internet of Things via RAIN RFID chips. However, even in the early adopter market of fashion retail, the penetration rate of RAIN is still less than 10%. A huge business growth opportunity exists as adoption continues, but it presents a significant manufacturing scalability challenge. In this webinar, industry experts discuss existing challenges around tagging processes, as well as ways to increase the productivity of smart label encoding and attachment. RAIN RFID capabilities can often be retrofitted into existing production machines in label, package or various other industrial manufacturing processes. This can eliminate the need for investing in new machines, saving you time and money! As a webinar attendee, you will discover how you can merge various tagging process steps via a single machine, without having to resort to intensive PLC programming. Maximize the value of existing equipment and improve your production processes, enabling you to easily scale up as the industry heads towards 100 Billion annual RAIN-enabled items and beyond! » Learn More
